Please don't buy your life insurance here. I talked to a customer service rep in the life insurance department who told me that she could not help me, because it was close to 5:00 and she already had her computer off. The next day when I called she said she could not give me my cash value over the phone. She would have to calculate it. It took over a week to get a call back on it. She could barley speak English.
